Jaise jaise exam kareeb aate hain, sabhi students ke dimag me yahi sawal rehta hai ki exam ki preparation kaise kare. Jisse ki zyada se zyada marks aaye aur accha score bane.
Isliye aaj hum aap sabhi ke liye kuch study lekar aaye hain jisse aapko apni preparation me concentrate karne me help milegi. Agar aap in sabhi tips ko follow karte hain, to aap apne maqsad me kamyab ho jayenge. Aur aapka score bhi bahut accha banega.

Tips to Focus on Study in Hindi

Tips 1. Make Daily Target: Rozana ek target banaye aur use aaj hi complete bhi kare. Ise kal ke upar na chhode. Aisa karne se aapka confident badega aur aapko ye bhi pata lag jayega ki aap kitni tezi ki kisi kaam ko kar paa rahe hain. Isse examination me time management karne me bhi asani hogi.
Tip 2. Make Easy Target: Jab aap apne target banaye to shuruat me easy target banaye. Itne zyada high target na banaye ki aap unhe achieve hi na kar paye. Jaise jaise aap easy target ko achieve karte jaye, waise waise apne target ka level badate jaye. Isse aapka confidence bhi badega aur apki study me improvement bhi hoga.
Tip 3. Study Subject Wise: Ek hi subject par focus na karein. Aur na hi ek subject par adhik samay tak pade. Ek subject ko 2 ghante se zyada waqt na de aur subject badalte rahe. Ek hi subject ko continue padne se baki subject reh jayenge.
Tip 4. Write Important Points: Padte waqt important points banate rahe, aur heading banate rahe. Isse aapko revision karne me bahut hi asani hogi aur baad me revision karne par kafi time bhi bachega.
Tip 5. Revise Daily and Weekly: Agar aap revision nahi karte hain to kuch time baad apna pada hua ya practice kiya hua bhulne lagte hain. Isliye zaruri hai ki apni banayi hui headings aur important points ko revise karte rahe. Ise daily aur weekly revise karne ki aadat bana le. Zaruri ho to ek mahine baad fir se shuru se revise karein.
Tips 6. Feel comfort while Study: Padte waqt kisi aisi jagah par bethe jo apko padne me koi dikkat na aati ho. Hamesh beth kar pade aur let kar to kabhi study na kare. Let kar study karne se padai par focus kam hota hai.
Tips 7. Don’t study when Tired: Jab thake huye ho ya kisi aur wajah se pareshan ho to rest kare, study bilkul na kare. Jab mind ekdum fresh ho jaye tab padne ke liye bethe. Jabardasti padne ki koshish na kare aur na hi apne dimag par zyada zor dale.
Tips 8. Make Daily Routine: Apna daily ka ek routine bana le aur usi routine ke according apni padai karein. Aur apna ye routine shuruaat se hi banakar rakhein. Isse aapko exam ke time me stress lene ki zarurat hi nahi padegi.
Tips 9. Study Place: Apne padne ki jagah ka istemal sirf padai ke liye kare kisi aur kaam ke liye nahi. Isliye apne padne ki ek aisi fix jagah banaye jaha aap asani se beth kar pad sake aur kisi tarah ka disturbance na ho. Jaise TV ki awaz, bahar ka shor, gadiyo ki awaz wagerah.
Tip 10. Best Revision Time: Revise karne ka sabse best time raat ko sone se pehle hota hai. Isliye apne raat ke waqt ko sone se pehle revision ke liye istemal kare. Subah uthkar kuch naya sikhne ki koshish kare.

1.     Do breathing exercise in the morning & evening for at least 20 minutes every day.
2.     Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
3.     Do regular prayers.
4.     Have a balanced diet.

5. Kya apki taiyari behtar chal rahi hai.
6. Kya aap apna daily ka target pura kar paa rahe hain.

8. Kya apne time ko sahi se manage kar paa rahe hain.
9. Kya aapka study plan puri tarah se kamyab ho raha hai.
10. Kya apne apko kamyabi ki taraf badta hua dekh pa rahe hain.
In sabhi bato ko aapko khud sochna hai aur sahi faisla karna hai. Apka sahi faisla hi apko kamyabi ki taraf le jayega.
